Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) partially or completely blocks your upper airway when you are sleeping. The reduced airflow can cause you to wake you up, and is a pattern that continues throughout the night preventing you from sleeping well. Oral appliances can be utilized to advance your lower jaw and place it in a position to ensure you get enough airflow.

Oral appliances not only help you breathe better, they are also less cumbersome than traditional CPAP machines and are much more portable!
