Initial Appointment
The patient presented for their initial appointment, unhappy with their smile. The upper and lower veneers previously completed were fracturing and did not address their previous concern of wanting to smile confidently.
Diagnostic Models
Impressions were taken of the teeth in their current state to help address any underlying challenges that may be present. The issues discovered were:
1. cannot see the lower anterior teeth when smiling
2. the smile was uneven
3. a lower front tooth was naturally missing
4. fracturing restorations (veneers / crowns)
Temporary Crown Template
The stone models of the original teeth, as seen above, were adjusted. In this particular case, changes were made to both the teeth and supporting gingival tissue to enhance the patient's smile. We were ready to discuss our ideas with the patient for their future smile. If approved, it becomes the template for our future smile!
Final Smile
We were excited to collaborate with the patient, and the esthetic template was approved! We began to make the necessary adjustments to help realize their future smile. To the right, you can see their stunning smile that showcases our commitment to excellence.
