We complete regular examinations every 6 months to ensure the health of your smile. We may also perform an exam whenever discomfort or an issue is reported. At the time of the exam, we take radiographs (x-rays) to help us determine if any treatment is needed. Despite popular belief, dentists are unable to see through teeth. We use radiographs to help us visualize the different structures that compose and support the teeth.
